The Harbour of Šibenik was established in 1905 as a result of the joint vision and need of the Šibenik region and state administration. The Harbour earned its reputation by servicing the state navy and developed from a small workshop with scarce material and technical resources into a modern ship repair base in the perfectly sheltered Bay of Šibenik. The shipyard celebrates the hundred-year anniversary of successful operations with its new owners, the Prgin Group, bringing new enthusiasm and prosperity both to the shipyard and the city of Šibenik.
