In fifteen months, the NCP Refit Shipyard will deliver a steel ship 30 meters in length to National Park Brioni.
The boat under contract, to be named “Brijuni,” will be used primarily for the transport of park visitors, and will therefore have 316 seats. It will sail on the Fazna-Brioni route.

The single-hull vessel with a superstructure is designed for the transport of up to 400 passengers on short routes. It will consist of two decks: a main deck that will stretch across the length of the boat, and a sun deck that will span across two-thirds of the boat. The main entrance is to be located at the stern, with side entrances at the port and at the starboard.

The main deck will contain handicapped toilet facilities, sewage tanks, baggage rooms, a passenger salon, steps leading up to the upper deck and the bridge deck, as well as steps leading to the lower decks.
The partially enclosed space of the upper deck will be able to hold 110 passengers, while the bow section of the upper deck will contain the fly bridge that will house the controls of the 2 x 250kW engines. |
