In the yacht department, a specialized team of highly professional project managers takes care of all
works associated with Your yacht, whether it is a regular service or major refit.
 
Service works include works of regular annual yacht maintenance (annual dry docking) which include
replacements of bearings and zinc protectors, engine, pumps and valves services, antifouling applica-
tion etc.
Refit includes larger interventions on yachts, the commonest being the replacement of teak wood
and other larger interventions in the interior, engine generator replacement, overall painting of the
yacht etc.
Major refit includes reconstruction works or conversion of yachts into luxury megayachts. As an ex-
ample, we can mention Raider (it is a vessel designed by the Dutch designer De Vries), which set high
criteria in NCP's major refit.
Intervention works include all works that are not previously defined or planned, and are done on
yachts which, due to a sea accident, are not able to sail safely.
We approach the process of project leading, whether it includes service works , refit or major refit, in
a professional and expert way, employing our knowledge and experience during the entire work cycle,
from taking the vessel in to its delivery.
For our clients, whether vessel owners or their authorized representatives, we are available for every-
thing they need. In addition to the reception service, this includes the organization of accommodation,
transport and nourishment, as well as private services.
The department is organized at a very high level, and in witness of our expert and efficient execution
